This policy describes the processing of personal data carried out through call-centers.eu, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Portuguese Law 58/2019 of 8 August.

3. Special categories and automated decisions
No special categories of data within the meaning of article 9 of the Regulation are processed. No decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, producing legal effects concerning the data subject, are taken.

Submitting the form entails the transfer of the data entered to the United States of America, under the safeguards indicated above. Anyone preferring to avoid that transfer may write directly to info@call-centers.eu.
5. Data subject rights
The rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection are guaranteed, as is the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out up to that point.
Rights are exercised by request addressed to office@directhit.eu, answered within one month, extendable by two further months in complex cases. There is also a right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese National Data Protection Commission or with the supervisory authority of the data subject’s own Member State.
6. Security
Technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk are applied: TLS-encrypted transmission on every page, no database of our own on this site, minimisation of the data collected, a restrictive content security policy, and access limited to those who need it in order to answer the enquiry.
