Editorial direction and scientific responsibility for the content rest with Manuel Horta e Melo — Data Protection Officer, Compliance Officer, Master of Laws.

He has worked on contact centres since 1997 and launched the first Portuguese portal dedicated to the subject in 2000. In 2016 he presented, at the NOVA School of Law in Lisbon, the only master’s dissertation produced in Portugal on the legal regime governing customer telephone relationship centres.
